Privacy policy
What we store
Your account email, role, profile, confirmed facts, email templates, connected mailbox address, leads, messages and audit entries. Any uploaded CV or portfolio document is stored encrypted. Mailbox access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted.
What the model receives
Only the minimum needed to write an email: your confirmed facts, the public signal, public company details and your tone settings. We do not send your whole uploaded document or unrelated mailbox content to the model.
Mailbox access
Access is limited to sending email and reading threads Arvo Reach started. We never read your other mail or your contacts. You can disconnect the mailbox at any time, which revokes the grant.
Recipients
We use public business information only. No purchased lists and no private data. Every email includes the sender identity, a postal address and a working unsubscribe link.
Retention
Message and lead content is deleted after 12 months. The suppression list is kept permanently so opt-outs are never lost. You can export or delete your account at any time.
